DBCA’s leadership team is committed to carrying out the work of the organization with transparency, accountability and dedication, so that deafblind people can participate in society as fully as possible. The leaders also strive to make a positive impact on the entire disability community by actively supporting and promoting initiatives and policies advancing people with disabilities in general. This in turn helps foster a more inclusive society that embraces all, including those who have no disability.

The Board of Advisors brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the organization. Members are passionate and committed to making a difference in the lives of people who are deafblind. They support and guide the organization, both in search of opportunities and during crisis, as it fulfills its mission.

The Board is comprised of seven members, drawn from diverse professional fields including, but not limited to, law, education, business and rehabilitation. Membership in the Board is open to anyone for a three-year term, and Board members convene three to four times annually.
